We're seeking a

Creative Production & Multimedia Manager

to lead the creative production engine of our brand. This role is for a

multi-skilled multimedia professional

who can combine production design expertise with hands-on execution, while managing all aspects of content and campaign production.

From

ad creatives to experiential campaigns, photoshoots to motion graphics

, you will be the

central owner of production

--ensuring every output is high-quality, on-brand, and built to deliver measurable business impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Brand Execution

Own and manage the

end-to-end production lifecycle

: planning, execution, and delivery. Translate brand strategy into

world-class creative assets

that drive engagement, sales, and retention. Ensure consistency in

visual identity, storytelling, and creative standards

across all platforms.

Ads & Creative Content Production

Take full ownership of

ad and social media creative production

(static, motion, video, reels, carousel, banners). Collaborate with performance marketers to

design and test ad variations

optimized for conversions. Produce

sales enablement materials

: pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and showcase content. Oversee

content production for digital campaigns

including motion graphics, CGI, and animation.

Content & Asset Production

Direct and manage

apartment photoshoots, campaign shoots, and event coverage

. Oversee

video, photo, and campaign shoots

from scene arrangement to final cut. Lead

creative asset production

: brochures, banners, presentations, and social media materials. Supervise

post-production editing

(video, photo retouching, sound, animation). Manage production of

360 virtual tours, virtual events, and webinars

.

Campaigns & Events

Drive creative execution for

CSR/ESG campaigns, sustainability initiatives, and ABM marketing

. Lead

event & experiential marketing production

--stage, branding, multimedia, and showcase content. Ensure

ad hoc and large-scale campaigns

have all production needs coordinated and delivered on time.

Leadership & Team Management

Manage and mentor

Multimedia Creatives, Photographers, and external freelancers/agencies

. Build and enforce

production workflows and SOPs

for efficiency and scalability. Own the

production calendar

, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

6 years + of experience in

production management, multimedia design, or creative direction

. Strong portfolio in

ads, video production, photography, and creative design

. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D/CGI tools, and ad production platforms. Experience managing

shoots, teams, and post-production workflows

. Knowledge of

digital marketing, performance ads, and campaign optimization

is highly desirable. Strong leadership, project management, and multitasking skills.
