Key Responsibilities:
Prepare precise 2D drawings: plans, sections, and elevations.
Perform material quantity take-offs.
Develop 3D models and deliver realistic renderings.
Collaborate with the team to create innovative and functional design solutions.
Ensure all designs meet aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max with V-Ray (must).
Strong portfolio showcasing 2D drawings and realistic 3D renders.
Knowledge of
Photoshop and Illustrator
is a plus.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
