Interior Designer with strong joinery experience
to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative interior design concepts and translate them into detailed technical drawings.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and material specifications for client presentations.
Collaborate closely with the joinery factory team to ensure designs are practical, feasible, and aligned with production standards.
Prepare shop drawings, joinery details, and cutting lists for production.
Select materials, finishes, and furniture while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams during execution.
Conduct site visits to ensure work aligns with approved design and quality standards.
Maintain strong communication with clients to incorporate feedback and achieve satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of proven experience
in interior design with a
joinery/furniture background
(residential, commercial, or hospitality projects).
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite.
Strong knowledge of joinery production, materials, hardware, and finishes.
Ability to create detailed shop drawings and work closely with factory teams.
Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
Creativity with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
