Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Concept Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative visual concepts for branding, exhibitions, retail displays, and advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to transform ideas into compelling designs that align with brand objectives and production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original design concepts for exhibition stands, Kiosks, retail displays, and marketing campaigns Translate client briefs into visual ideas and mood boards. Create 2D/3D visualizations and mockups using design software. Supervise and guide junior designers and 3D artists Collaborate with graphic designers, production teams, and project managers to ensure feasibility and execution. Present concepts to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to advertising and display solutions. Ensure designs meet brand guidelines and production specifications.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in concept design within advertising, exhibitions, or retail environments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and other visualization tools. Strong sketching and ideation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Preferred Experience

Experience in signage, large-format printing, vehicle wraps, and custom fabrication. Familiarity with UAE market and design standards. Portfolio showcasing concept development and final execution.
