Looking for Creative Talent (Graphic Designer)

A self-starter, capable of delivering creative ideas across digital, offline media and content creating.

Core Responsibilities:

A visualizer who can plan concept, assimilate information and material to illustrate concepts through executional design.

Create wide variety of graphics designs - Project types include (not limited to): Visual development of website, digital ads, social posts and ads, sales/marketing collateral (e-guides and PowerPoints), motion graphics, data visualizations and product packaging.

Conceptualize and create high quality designs based on requirements, present new and out-of-the-box ideas for content design Understand how to adapt designs across different channels Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs Execute design demonstrating considered layout, image composition, typography, and sophisticated use of color palette. Develop and enhance designs/artwork by gathering information and data to clarify design requirements. Work to tight deadlines ensuring accuracy and output quality. Stay up-to-date with design trends, prototyping techniques and external capabilities to support Should be able to communicate at ease with stakeholders at all levels of the business and will be required to work collaboratively with vendors on executions of projects.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded, self-starter, team player with good energy who has proven hands-on experience and a track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast and dynamic environment. Expert graphic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign) Advanced motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere...) A strong eye for visual composition. Experience designing 360 digital graphic assets, GDN, Facebook, Instagram banners and animated banners Able to give and receive constructive criticism. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Confident, self drive and enthusiastic and has a sense of responsibility. Good communication skills both in speaking and writing

Salary: From AED 2000/- to AED 3000/-per month.
