40-45k SAR + Bonus Scheme
Kingston Stanley are hiring for a creative director with a unique blend of account management and event coordination skills. This role is pivotal in nurturing our clients design studio, supporting key accounts, and steering creative direction for successful project delivery. Their team works on diverse projects for corporate clients and large-scale events.
Full-time position based in Riyadh, KSA, with potential travel for project execution and business growth. Proficiency in Arabic would be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Pitching:
\xe2\x80\x93 Craft and tailor project pitches based on client needs.
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop project methodologies, lifecycle plans, and presentations for client engagement.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide creative briefs and ideation to design teams.
Business Development:
-Spot market opportunities and leads for business involvement.
-Facilitate discussions, highlighting core business offerings and aligning with leadership for future ventures.
Communication:
-Ensure effective communication within the project team, volunteers, and stakeholders.
