The Creative Director will inspire, motivate, and provide direction to Art Directors in the conceptualization, design, and development of marketing strategies for assigned account(s) and assumes overall responsibility for the quality of their account\'s creative work and the targeting of strategy.
Strategically lead and inspire Creative teams in the development of a new brand
Lead the creation and curation of brand assets including photography, editorial content, and digital advertising, including brand communications as well as more transactional templates
Collaborate with the account and strategy teams, and be responsible for the overall quality of creative output
Specific Duties:
Present work to clients emphasizing the strategic value of our thinking
Oversee the allocation of appropriate personnel for creative assignments
Foster positive relationships between the Creative Department and other departments with a high degree of collaboration
Ensure efficient operational implementation - make sure the work is practical, on strategy, and cost-effective to produce
Assist the VP, Group Creative Director in overseeing and developing operational efficiencies
Lead creative teams across multiple projects and ongoing timelines. Ensure final deliverables meet our standards and client expectations.
Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs. Adapt and roll with the change in timelines, budgets, and availabilities
Help shape the creative department, manage and mentor junior members of the team and play a key role in business development
Have a conceptual Art based background
An excellent eye for detail
Strong working knowledge of the fundamentals-interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, and the creative process-as well as new platforms and technologies.
Outstanding presentation skills and comfortable working directly with clients
