This role is for a Creative Director, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, managing the Graphic Design Studio team of (12+ people). The role will be responsible for creatively representing the company, its subsidiaries in all branding and creative communications. The Creative Director will be people-oriented, working with internal and external clients, and involving high-level concepts for design projects. This role will also be responsible for visual design, recruiting and managing third party design firms.
Key responsibilities to include:

• Oversees the execution of all creative efforts; plans, develops, & defends business objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across all media types.
• Provides detailed direction to creative staff and direct / indirect reports.
• Leads in the education and development of creative staff members.
• Manages multiple projects from concept through completion
• Supervises, manages, develops and inspires the creative team.
• Manages Marketing Department KPI's, the budget and ensures cost efficiency.
• Adheres to, works within, and guides the creative department's best practices and processes.

• At least 15 years management experience working with award winning multi-national agencies; currently as Creative Director
• Experience managing a creative team of 8 or more graphic designs, art workers, etc.
• Must know how to work in both medias for integrated campaigns
• Advanced budgeting and project management skills
• Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.
• Ability to provide coaching, feedback and on the job training when needed.
• Excellent English Language skills required.
