Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
Lead the overall creative vision and design direction of the agency.
Develop and maintain consistent visual standards across all client and internal projects.
Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines, client expectations, and quality benchmarks.
Review, approve, and finalize all design concepts, layouts, and creative materials prior to client submission.
Team Management
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the design team, including graphic designers and multimedia designers.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training needs and support skill development within the creative team.
Client & Account Collaboration
Work closely with Account Managers to understand client briefs, objectives, and expectations.
Participate in client presentations, pitch meetings, and creative discussions when required.
Translate marketing and business strategies into compelling visual concepts.
Concept Development & Execution
Lead brainstorming sessions and concept development for campaigns, branding, and digital content.
Ensure creative concepts are innovative, practical, and aligned with campaign goals.
Oversee the execution of designs across multiple platforms, including digital, print, social media, and outdoor.
Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all design deliverables.
Maintain compliance with client brand guidelines and agency standards.
Monitor industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output current and competitive.
Operational & Strategic Support
Support management in creative planning, resourcing, and budgeting for design projects.
Assist in developing internal creative processes and workflows.
Contribute to the agency's overall creative and strategic growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts
, or a related field.
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in design, with at least
2-3 years in a leadership or creative director role
.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, print, and campaign work.
Advanced proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design); knowledge of motion/video tools is an advantage.
Strong understanding of digital design, social media, and marketing principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
