Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the creative vision and strategy of the company.

Lead branding and project design from concept to execution.

Generate innovative design concepts and creative ideas aligned with company goals.

Stay updated with emerging design trends and AI-powered technologies, integrating them into projects.

Direct, mentor, and guide designers, review their work, and assign tasks across the team.

Ensure full compliance with the company's brand identity and visual guidelines.

Oversee and maintain the quality of all creative outputs.

Collaborate and communicate continuously with clients to ensure their satisfaction and needs are met.

Manage and resolve challenges or conflicts between clients and the creative team.

Monitor project timelines and guarantee on-time delivery with the highest quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Project Manager in a creative/agency environment.

Strong background in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams.

Advanced knowledge of design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).

Solid understanding of AI tools in design and marketing.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.

Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver projects within deadlines.
