What We Are Looking For?

We are seeking a

Creative Director / Design & Development Manager

with a blend of creativity and strong project management expertise. This role requires a leader who can inspire and manage a team while maintaining an active role in delivering top-tier digital solutions. You should have

extensive experience in WordPress development, graphic design

, and be proficient in

managing project timelines, budgets, and teams

to ensure smooth execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

: Define and oversee the creative vision for all client projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand strategies.

Project Management

: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. You will develop project plans, set realistic timelines, and coordinate with various teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Staff Management

: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers and developers, ensuring their work aligns with the agency's high standards. Provide clear direction, regular feedback, and performance evaluations.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation

: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising quality. Track expenses and adjust project plans as necessary to keep projects within budget.

Client Relations

: Collaborate with international clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates, feedback, and revisions. You'll translate client needs into actionable creative briefs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

Timelines & Reporting

: Monitor project milestones and prepare progress reports for internal and client review. Proactively manage potential roadblocks to avoid delays.

Design & Development

: Contribute to the design and development of

WordPress websites

, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Utilize tools like

Elementor

, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

SEO & Web Standards

: Ensure all projects are developed in line with the latest SEO best practices and web standards, delivering results that perform well across search engines.

Trend Analysis

: Stay on top of industry trends in web development, design, and digital marketing to continually improve processes, tools, and team capabilities.

Qualifications:

English speaker

with

proven experience

in the UK, US, or MENA markets. Minimum of

5 years of experience

in a creative or digital agency, with at least

3 years of project and staff management

. Strong knowledge of

WordPress development

, including Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Demonstrated ability to manage

multiple projects

, balancing creativity with business considerations like timelines, budgets, and team capacities. Proven expertise in

graphic design

using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in branding and website assets. Strong track record of

managing teams

, with a focus on collaboration, mentoring, and performance improvement. Excellent understanding of

budgeting

and ability to deliver projects within financial constraints while maintaining quality. Exceptional

communication skills

for liaising with clients and presenting creative concepts and project progress. A portfolio that showcases

successful projects

across web design, development, and brand identity.
