Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years at an advertising agency, internal marketing department, or other relevant business
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in Mass Communication or its equivalent
- Experience creating strong, engaging brand creatives in integrated campaigns
- Experience in digital / social lead campaigns
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment?#AgencyLife
- Self-motivated, decisive, and doesn\xe2\x80\x99t mind diving into the deep end (with a pair of swimmies, of course)
- Proficient in English/Arabic both written and spoken
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team.
- Strong planning & organizational skills to manage projects and ability to work within a given budget and timeline.
- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication, Film and Television or a related field will be an advantage.
- Related experience in an advertising agency or broadcast promo or social content production will be an advantage.
