We are seeking a highly organized and professionally presented
Creative Assistant / Creative Administrator
to provide direct support to the Creative Director. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and prior experience in an agency or a coordination-focused role.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an agency or corporate environment with significant coordination responsibilities
Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written);
native-level fluency preferred
Advanced skills in
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Excel
Strong ability to take clear client briefs and communicate effectively with internal teams
Experience managing emails, schedules, and client correspondence
Background in social media or creative production, with the ability to prepare basic moodboards based on client briefs
High level of professionalism, discretion, and time-management
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Creative Director
Attend meetings with clients--independently or alongside the Creative Head--and document all requirements accurately
Act as a coordination bridge between the Creative Director, clients, and internal teams
Manage communication flow, including email correspondence and document preparation
Prepare structured presentation moodboards according to client briefs
Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure smooth project execution

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
