Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company's vision and values
Create compelling brand narratives, concepts, and content for campaigns, launches, and internal initiatives
Collaborate closely with design, content, social media, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for brand storytelling
Oversee tone of voice, messaging, and visual direction across all brand assets
Review and guide creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards
Conduct basic brand research and competitor analysis to identify creative opportunities
Support offline campaigns, events, and brand activations when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or content-focused roles
Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional creative teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong eye for brand consistency, visuals, and messaging
Experience creating content (copy, concepts, scripts, or creative briefs)
Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
Preferred Attributes
Background in real estate, lifestyle, luxury, or creative industries (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience working with designers, writers, and production teams
Passion for branding, storytelling, and creative innovation
