Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified and safety-focused

Crawler Crane Operator

to operate heavy-duty lattice boom cranes on tracked undercarriages for lifting and moving materials and equipment on job sites. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operating crawler cranes in [construction, infrastructure, marine, or heavy lifting] environments, with a strong understanding of load charts, lift plans, and safe rigging practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate crawler cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials or equipment as per lift plans and supervisor instructions. Conduct pre-operational checks and daily inspections of crane components including cables, booms, safety devices, and undercarriage. Work closely with riggers, signalers, and ground crews to coordinate safe lifts. Maintain accurate operation logs, including lift records, inspection forms, and maintenance reports. Ensure crane is properly assembled, secured, and disassembled according to manufacturer and job site standards. Monitor weather and site conditions to determine safety of lifting operations. Identify and report equipment faults, safety hazards, or incidents immediately. Adhere to all site safety rules, company policies, and regulatory compliance standards .

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Valid Crawler Crane Operator license or certification . In-depth knowledge of crane operations, load charts, and rigging procedures. Physically capable of climbing onto equipment and working in outdoor environments.

Working Conditions:

Exposure to construction site conditions including noise, dust, and varying weather. Rotational shifts, extended hours, and weekend work may be required. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Must be able to sit and operate crane controls for extended periods.
