Job Description

Operating Cranes:

Maneuvering cranes (including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes) to lift, move, and position loads according to project requirements.

Pre-Operational Inspections:

Conducting thorough inspections of cranes and related equipment before use to ensure they are in safe working condition.

Safety Compliance:

Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for themselves and others.

Load Management:

Assessing load weights, determining load capacities, and interpreting load charts to prevent overloads and ensure stability.

Communication and Coordination:

Communicating effectively with other members of the construction team to coordinate lifting operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Equipment Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on cranes and related equipment to keep them in optimal working condition.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of crane operations, including load weights, times, and locations.
Skills and Qualifications:

Crane Operation Experience:

Proven experience in operating various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes.

Safety Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of safety regulations, procedures, and protocols related to crane operation.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to climb equipment safely, lift heavy loads, and work in various weather conditions.

Communication Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with team members.

Technical Skills :

Ability to read and interpret load charts, understand technical manuals, and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Certification:

Possessing relevant crane operator certifications.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
