• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, laying a solid foundation for financial expertise.
• Holds a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, demonstrating professional competence and adherence to ethical standards.
• Exhibits 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, showcasing a proven track record of success in the field.
• Experience within the financial services industry, with a focus on banking, finance, and insurance.
• Expertise in relevant accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle), ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing advanced functions to analyze and interpret financial data effectively.
