Job Overview
Leaders Training Centre (LTC), a well-established professional training institute in Qatar, is seeking
high-performing B2C Sales Executives
.
This role is
100% inbound sales
, ideal for candidates with strong telecalling and counselling experience who consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Successful candidates will handle enquiries from prospective students and convert them into confirmed enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and walk-in visitors
Promote and sell professional training programmes offered by Leaders Training Centre
Provide accurate and personalised course counselling to prospective students
Convert leads into confirmed enrolments while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
Maintain an active sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives
Update and maintain accurate sales and lead records
Build strong relationships with students and parents to encourage referrals and repeat enrolments
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
2-3 years of B2C inbound sales or telecalling experience
Sales Performance:
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
Language Skills:
Excellent spoken English with a clear or neutral accent
Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
Personal Attributes:
Highly motivated, confident, competitive, and target-driven
Other:
Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Doha, Qatar
