This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hitting targets, enjoys speaking to customers, and wants to earn bonuses based on performance. While the role is primarily telesales, there will be occasional opportunities to meet potential and existing students face to face.
The Role
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting enquiries into enrolments. Your responsibilities will include:
Advising prospective students on SHEilds courses and
closing sales against targets
Proactively generating new leads through
warm and cold calling
Managing enquiries and accurately recording all interactions on the SHEilds CRM system
Taking orders and producing all enrolment documentation
Supporting marketing initiatives to promote SHEilds programmes
Conducting market research to identify regional opportunities
Generating high-quality sales leads
About You
You will be a strong fit if you have:
A
confident, professional telephone manner
and persuasive communication skills
Excellent IT and administrative abilities
Strong organisation, time management, and self-motivation
Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office
An outgoing personality with a good sense of humour
A
hungry, ambitious, sales-driven mindset
and determination to succeed
Sales experience is highly desirable, but attitude, motivation, and a willingness to learn are essential.
