About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated
Telesales Executive
to join our growing education institute. The role involves handling incoming/outgoing calls, engaging with potential students/parents, and providing detailed information about our courses. Leads will be provided by the company.Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with prospective students/parents. Explain course details, fees, and admission process clearly. Address all inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Convert leads into confirmed admissions. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills in English. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Female candidates preferred.
