We are a reputed freight forwarding and logistics company expanding our services into
local and international courier operations
. We are looking for aCourier Operations Incharge
with solid experience in managing daily courier activities and leading operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day courier operations (pickup, delivery & sorting). Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor shipment tracking and ensure service quality. Manage routing, scheduling, and dispatch planning for efficient deliveries. Maintain operational reports and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and courier regulations. Handle customer issues and provide quick resolutions. Support the setup and process improvement of the new courier division.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in courier or express delivery operations. Strong knowledge ofdomestic and international courier processes
. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and courier tracking systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.What We Offer:
