- Receive and process incoming courier requests from clients
- Monitor and track courier vehicles to ensure timely and efficient pick-up and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and update clients on the status of their deliveries
- Communicate with couriers and address any issues or delays in delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or related field
- Knowledge of courier industry and geographical areas
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer software and applications
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver\'s license
