Job Description
IIQAF is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Courier Dispatcher to coordinate deliveries of documents, packages, and materials. As our Courier Dispatcher, you will manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s delivery personnel and ensure timely deliveries are performed. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure while handling multiple shipments.

- Monitor and coordinate daily deliveries using routing software, and ensure on-time dispatch of couriers
- Manage and update courier records and provide dispatcher logs to management
- Schedule and dispatch workers and equipment to deliver products and documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Resolve customer complaints, providing detailed solutions
- Monitor road conditions, weather, and traffic to adjust delivery routes as necessary
- Remain accessible to couriers, responding to and/or resolving any courier-related inquiries
- Provide feedback to management about performance of couriers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a courier dispatcher.
- Knowledge of regional roads, traffic laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while handling multiple shipments.
