Creating and developing programs for national sales and ensure its implementation
Acquiring new customers
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for effective customer acquisition and retention
Managing customers and leads via CRM
Overseeing company’s sales performance
Handling of tenders including post-processing
Supporting existing clients as well as prospective customers
Processing of customer inquiries giving expert consultation on relevant products and their application
Implementing budgets and plans as specified for the designated sales area
Participating in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities
Keeping up to date with demand and supply of company’s products
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Country Sales Manager
Must have experience in the Chemical / Lubricants Additives industry
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Fluent in both English and Arabic language (written and spoken)
Strong communication and team management skills
