Job Description
One of the leading chemical companies is actively recruiting a Country Sales Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE. - Creating and developing programs for national sales and ensure its implementation
- Acquiring new customers
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for effective customer acquisition and retention
- Managing customers and leads via CRM
- Overseeing company’s sales performance
- Handling of tenders including post-processing
- Supporting existing clients as well as prospective customers
- Processing of customer inquiries giving expert consultation on relevant products and their application
- Implementing budgets and plans as specified for the designated sales area
- Participating in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities
- Keeping up to date with demand and supply of company’s products
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Country Sales Manager
- Must have experience in the Chemical / Lubricants Additives industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Fluent in both English and Arabic language (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and team management skills
