About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Country Manager - upstream oil/ gas to lead upstream oil & gas development projects in Libya. The role requires hands-on sourcing upstream oil/ gas project in Libya, the ability to navigate local government and regulatory requirements.
Country Manager - Oil & Gas (Exploration Projects)
Responsibilities:
Lead business development and bidding processes to secure exploration projects.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with local government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Oversee local business operations, ensuring compliance with Libyan procedures and regulations. Manage the full lifecycle of exploration projects, from block preparation and planning to project execution and final deliverables.
Qualifications / Experience:
Proven track record in securing and managing oil and gas projects in Libya. Deep understanding of local government relations and business processes. Extensive experience in exploration project management, including end-to-end delivery of exploration blocks. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; familiarity with local culture and industry practices.

Pay: AED36,730.00 per month
