As a Country Manager at Deriv, you will be involved in engaging with our affiliates in India to drive revenue growth in the markets. By playing a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and earning the trust of new affiliates, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help extend the reach of our company.
Your challenges
Grow our business through new and existing affiliates in India affiliates in India.
Source, recruit and support affiliates that are aligned with our values and business plans.
Make data-driven recommendations to increase affiliate performance.
Set, monitor and analyse partner activity using key metrics.
Develop marketing plans and promotional materials to help partners improve their client acquisition and retention efforts.
Requirements
A university degree in marketing, business administration, or any other related discipline
Market research skills and a keen understanding of the consumer journey
An assertive, sales-driven personality and the ability to adapt quickly and achieve results.
Native proficiency in Hindi/Tamil/Bengali
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Passion for e-commerce or online trading
Friendly and approachable personality
Proactive and get-things-done approach to working
Ability to think critically and exercise good judgment in any situation
What\xe2\x80\x99s good to have
Experience in affiliate marketing, growth hacking, business development, and other closely related skills
IT knowledge or experience
Experience in the financial services industry
Experience in using a wide range of digital marketing tools
