As a Country Manager at Deriv, you will be involved in engaging with our affiliates in India to drive revenue growth in the markets. By playing a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and earning the trust of new affiliates, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help extend the reach of our company.

- Grow our business through new and existing affiliates in India affiliates in India.
- Source, recruit and support affiliates that are aligned with our values and business plans.
- Make data-driven recommendations to increase affiliate performance.
- Set, monitor and analyse partner activity using key metrics.
- Develop marketing plans and promotional materials to help partners improve their client acquisition and retention efforts.
Requirements
- A university degree in marketing, business administration, or any other related discipline
- Market research skills and a keen understanding of the consumer journey
- An assertive, sales-driven personality and the ability to adapt quickly and achieve results.
- Native proficiency in Hindi/Tamil/Bengali
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Passion for e-commerce or online trading
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Proactive and get-things-done approach to working
- Ability to think critically and exercise good judgment in any situation
