Job Description
We are actively seeking to hire "Counter Sales person" for our showrooms in Dubai who will have good knowledge and working experienced in HVACR products and refrigerant gases. Responsibilities: Promote a one-stop-shop to all our new and existing customers. While it's true, we are a HVAC/R and Refrigerant gases supplier. Assisting customers in the store by taking their orders, pulling items, and billing them accordingly. Answer telephones professionally and pleasantly, assisting customers, taking orders and providing excellent customer service. Keep showroom stocked and orderly. Communicate effectively to build strong, long term, trusting relationships with customers. Follow-up on customer orders, resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction, respond timely to customer. Assisting customers in loading products/material into their vehicles when necessary. Provide product/job quotes as appropriate. Assist in physical inventories. Perform other responsibilities as directed. Requirements:
- Technical/High School Diploma in HVAC/R or at least two years of work experience in the HVAC/R field.
- Must be a customer-oriented individual with the ability and skills to meet, greet and service customers.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
