  • Greet customers as they enter the showroom or store and inquire about their needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized assistance and product recommendations based on the customer\'s requirements, design preferences, and budget.
  • Answer questions about the features, benefits, and applications of different tiles and ceramic products.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, highlighting various product options, styles, colors, and patterns.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company\'s tiles and ceramic products, including their technical specifications, material composition, and design options.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, showcasing the quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal of the products.
  • Offer samples and swatches to customers for a closer examination and comparison.
  • Actively engage in sales conversations with customers to understand their needs and encourage purchases.
  • Recommend complementary products, accessories, or design solutions to upsell and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Close sales transactions efficiently and accurately, processing payments and arranging for product delivery or pickup.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide after-sales support, including assistance with product installation, maintenance tips, and warranty information.
  • Handle product returns, exchanges, or refunds according to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the showroom displays are well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
  • Arrange product displays and samples in an attractive and accessible manner to facilitate customer browsing and selection.
  • Update display layouts and promotional signage to reflect current sales promotions, new arrivals, or seasonal offerings.
  • Monitor stock levels of tiles and ceramic products in the showroom and replenish inventory as needed.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse or logistics team to coordinate product replenishment and ensure timely availability of stock.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and product inquiries using CRM software or other relevant tools.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, performance metrics, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Communicate sales trends, customer feedback, and product demand insights to management for strategic planning purposes.
  • Participate in training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and industry developments.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance the overall sales team\'s performance and effectiveness.
