Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their tyre requirements
Recommend suitable tyres based on vehicle type, usage, and budget
Handle counter sales, billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions
Prepare quotations and follow up for closures
Coordinate with workshop staff for tyre fitting, balancing, and alignment
Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports
Ensure proper display of tyres and promotional materials
Support stock checking and basic inventory coordination
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years' experience in tyre counter sales
Knowledge of
PCR, TBR, OTR, and other tyre types
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (billing / POS systems)
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Preferred (Added Advantage)
Experience in UAE tyre shops or automotive workshops
Arabic language skills
Knowledge of wheel alignment and balancing services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
