Key Responsibilities

As our Counter Sales Executive, your role will be centered on direct client interaction and sales. You will:

Handle all sales inquiries from walk-in customers and over the phone. Provide expert product knowledge and technical advice to clients across the

marine, oil, and hardware

sectors. Process sales orders, manage transactions, and handle customer payments accurately. Maintain a professional and organized sales counter environment. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
