What you will do

The Counter Sales Executive will be directly reporting to Sales Manager, Spare Parts - MEA. You will be part of a team who are responsible for selling HVAC spare parts to end users in Dubai for current or new installation base. You will be responsible for driving the growth of York Chiller/AHU/FCU/DX parts & York Branded Refrigerants, Filter Drier, Drier Core, Air Curtains, York Accumulators, York Capacitors, UV Lights, compressors, Valves etc. through Showroom. You will be well versed with counter sales, understanding the walk-in customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement, effective coordination with logistics department and maintaining assigned margins. You will take actions for promoting York Showroom in Dubai, suggest and implement strategy for increasing customer\xe2\x80\x99s footfall in show room. You will establish and improve client communications and maintained ongoing relationships. You will be promoting products by visiting FM companies, contractors and end users, generating leads and closing sales. You will have adequate knowledge of Dubai & HVAC parts market.

As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from running HVAC installation base.

How you will do it

As a Sales Professional you must have adequate knowledge of Dubai market and HVAC spare parts. Using the same you will carry out site surveys and understand our customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and suggest the product/solution accordingly. As a sales person you will be focused on generating enquiries, preparing quotations and also closing the sales deals. You will have adequate knowledge of handling and promoting HVAC Parts Showroom business.

You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth. You will be focused on growing our Spare parts business in Dubai region.

What we look for

Required

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Business degree
• 5 years minimum experience in selling HVAC spare parts within Dubai region through Showroom.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC spare parts.
• Proficiency in generating business through selling spare parts to end users like MEP Contractors, Developers or Facilities Management companies or End users.
• Determined, results driven, strong sales drive.
• Fluent language skills in Arabic.
• Fluent language skills in English.
• Fluent language skills in Hindi / Urdu.
• Valid Dubai driving license.
