We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Counter Sales Executive

with experience in

MEP building materials

. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers at the counter professionally Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable MEP products Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices Coordinate with store and accounts teams for stock availability and billing Maintain product knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and MEP materials Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Maintain proper documentation and sales records Support showroom cleanliness and product display

Requirements

Minimum

1-3 years experience in building materials / MEP counter sales

Good knowledge of

plumbing, HDPE, PPR, UPVC, valves, fittings, sanitary, electrical items

Strong communication and customer-handling skills Basic computer knowledge (billing / ERP / MS Excel preferred) Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers English required (Hindi / Malayalam / Arabic is an advantage)
