Key Responsibilities
Engage inbound leads using
CRM platforms
, present training courses, and highlight program benefits
Generate 10-15 new contacts daily from existing leads
Follow up continuously via email, WhatsApp, and calls to keep leads warm and responsive
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with potential clients
Aim to close maximum leads monthly in line with management expectations
Submit daily performance updates and a monthly sales report to measure outcomes
Support additional sales-related tasks and coordination as needed
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a telesales or lead conversion role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for telesales, client engagement, and goal-driven performance
