Handling all customers concerns and issues smoothly and immediately. Managing all online deliveries and monitoring orders statue frequently. Furthermore, coordinating the online deliveries with driver.
Responsibilities and duties
- Customers satisfaction.
- Managing online orders inventory.
- Dealing and solving all customers problems.
- Call center for all laundry shops.
- Attracting new customers.
- Fluent in English.
- Use of computer.
- High communication skills.
- Radiating positive attitudes.
- High school or higher education.
Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
