Job overview
Handling all customers concerns and issues smoothly and immediately. Managing all online deliveries and monitoring orders statue frequently. Furthermore, coordinating the online deliveries with driver.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Customers satisfaction.
  • Managing online orders inventory.
  • Dealing and solving all customers problems.
  • Call center for all laundry shops.
  • Attracting new customers.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English.
  • Use of computer.
  • High communication skills.
  • Radiating positive attitudes.
  • High school or higher education.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
