Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to queries, complaints and requests from customers via email, WhatsApp and telephone.
Respond to all queries and complaints.
Be a proactive listener and respond accordingly. Avoid repetition of questions by taking detailed and accurate notes.
Effectively resolve all customer queries and complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or adjustment.
Escalate any serious complaints to the Operations Manager.
Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution.
