Melya Cleaning Services is looking for Costomer Happiness Specialist that connects between our services and our clients, ensuring every interaction is seamless and every client is satisfied.
Key responsibilities;
Booking Management: Coordinating Daily schedules for residential visits and recurring commercial contracts.
Relationship Building: Acting as the professional point of contact for individual homeowners and business representatives.
Quality Assurance: Following up with clients post-service to ensure our high standards were met.
Problem Solving: Handling inquiries and resolving any feedback with speed, grace, and flexibility.
The candidate must have;
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules.
A professional yet friendly attitude that fits both home and office environments.
