What Does a Tagalog-Speaking Specialist Physician Do?
As a Specialist Physician at Al-Futtaim HealthHub Clinics, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within your specialty-whether Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics. You will work in a multicultural team, addressing a broad range of conditions while maintaining strong communication with Filipino-speaking patients and their families.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Conduct detailed assessments and diagnoses across a range of internal, family, or pediatric medical cases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Prescribe appropriate treatments, medications, and follow-up plans
- Use state-of-the-art medical equipment and diagnostic tools
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical improvement initiatives and medical audits
- Foster a culturally sensitive environment for Tagalog-speaking patients
- Adhere to Dubai Health Authority regulations and ethical medical practices
What Qualifications Are Required?
Education & Experience:
- MBBS or MBChB from a recognized institution
- Completion of a specialty qualification recognized by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), HAAD, or MOH UAE
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in your specialty after gaining the higher qualification
- Clinical competence in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics
Core Skills:
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (spoken and written)
- Certified in Basic and Advanced Life Support
- Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare documentation
- Empathetic communicator and culturally aware
- Strong team collaboration and decision-making abilities
