Job Description
Job Summary The Costing and Management Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the cost accounting department of the company. They are responsible for ensuring that all costs associated with producing a product or service are properly accounted for and reported to management. They may also be responsible for developing and implementing new cost accounting procedures within the company. Responsibilities Oversee the cost accounting department and ensure that all costs are properly accounted for and reported to management Develop and implement new cost accounting procedures Analyse cost data to identify areas where costs can be reduced Prepare financial reports for management Work with other departments to ensure that costs are aligned with business goals Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in cost accounting Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or a related field 5+ years of experience in cost accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
