We are looking for a Cost Manager for our PDS business line.

Role Purpose
We are currently looking for a Cost Manager to be based in the KSA office in Dammam to work on ARAMCO Schools project.
What this job involves
Provide support to cost and commercial leadership in the delivery of pre and post-contract services.
Manage and update project budgets
Take suitable commercial meeting minutes
Use CostX, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to an advanced level
Work pre contract including; reviewing detailed measurements, sections of BOQs, handle tender query responses, manage the PQQ process with support and input into value engineering at each design stage.
Work post contract including; being strong in contract administration, comfortable on site walks with project teams, prepare cash flow reports, draft monthly payment recommendations and weekly commercial dashboards, managing variations and assist in closing out projects and claims / variations.
Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
Previous experience working in the Middle East preferably ARAMCO projects
Degree in a related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying)
MRICS would be advantageous but not essential.
Experience pre and post contract in project / programme delivery teams.
