1. Monitoring and controlling the request for Quotations (RFQ) from Various Clients and ensure the status of each enquiry at various stages till submission. 2. Coordination/ Meetings/ Discussions with Client/Consultant for necessary inputs. 3. Review Tender Documents and raise necessary clarifications and close coordination with Client to identify the actual scope of the project. 4. Review project specifications, Bill of Quantities, drawings and other project related documents in coordination with Engineering Department/ Construction Department and conducting pre tender meeting and site visit (if required) as per the project requirements. 5. Active coordination with all concerned departments (Engineering, Contracts, Construction, Procurement etc.), to submit the proposal with in Client requirement and submission deadline. 6. Raise inquiries for materials & sub-contractors, review quotes when returned. 7. Prepare Comparison Sheets and price evaluation. 8. Coordination/ Discussion with Construction Department for accurate manpower inputs. 9. Preparation of final cost proposal with possible competitive alternative proposals considering cost saving aspects for Management Discussions and Decision. 10. Final Cost Discussions with Management and provide valuable suggestions/inputs for final cost proposal to Client. 11. Follow up on Sent out proposals, Purchase Orders, Letter of Intents and Contracts. 12. Preparing Procurement Schedule and Final Project Budget. 13. Liaise with Purchase, Contracts and Construction department in various stages of the project and monitoring materials and manpower cost as per the allocated project budget. 14. Working closely with Business Development team and maintain awareness on upcoming projects, timelines & market information. 15. Regular discussions with Technical teams for the best solution to meet customer criteria considering the quality and market competency.
