Cost Estimation / Cost Control Engineer
to be part of our site team.
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates, monitoring budgets, controlling expenditures, and ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against forecasts.
Review subcontractor quotations and supplier offers.
Prepare cost reports and variance analysis for management.
Support procurement and planning teams in cost-related matters.
Ensure cost control procedures are followed on site.
