Cost Controller
Job Description
Analyze and monitor all aspects of cost data, including raw materials, production, labor, and overhead costs. Develop and implement effective cost control strategies to optimize operational expenses while maintaining quality standards. Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify variances and potential cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures. Prepare and present detailed reports on cost trends, budget adherence, and cost reduction initiatives to the management team. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Evaluate supplier contracts and negotiate favorable terms to achieve cost efficiencies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost control to enhance the company's competitive advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, preferably within the food and beverage industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and tools.
