1.Review all material request by production department and verify that previous lot closing before creating new Lot. 2.Tracing all PWOs (Production Work Orders) and their consumption from the opened LOT. 3.Verifying all PWOs and compare them against actual weighing report which includes the actual weight of product on each stage. 4.Verifying the Losses report belongs to each PWOs which include (Thawing Losses / Cleaning Losses / Trimming / Wastage) 5.Verifying the BOMs (Bill of Materials) for new products and review BOMs for old products on quarterly bases with cooperation from Costing accountant. 6.Report the abnormal variances in consumption & production losses to both of Finance Manager and GM and get the required approval to adjust the same in system. 7.Any other tasks to be assigned by Finance Manager to cover production area verifications and reporting assignments.
