Job Summary:
A Cost Controller is responsible for controlling the project costs; this includes planning, developing,
controlling, and forecasting the project's budget
Job Responsibility:

• Evaluating project and conducting project cost/ benefit analysis.
• Conducting feasibility studies (technical and commercial aspects), assessing capital cost involved

and evaluating the viability of new project evaluation techniques. * Effectively lead and develop the Estimating team to achieve Company and individual objectives.

• Planning, directing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting different projects.
• Identifying the critical areas and informing the management regarding delays in the project.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of

invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all projectexpenditures are captured and properly recorded. * Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting,
monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes advice to theinternal PMT team as and when required. * Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS
with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing anddelivery up to the closure of the project. * Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the
delivery/completion of the project work. * Perform project costing related reporting to the team and managements review on a monthly basis
to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget. * Creating budget awareness and contributing in the management process, working within a multicultural
environment and identifying critical activities and advising corrective action to avoid slippage. * Evaluating the quotations received technically based on the project specifications.

• Meeting with suppliers to discuss their proposed design and adjust them according to client's

requirements. * Reviewing the technical submittals and drawings.

• Coordinate with Construction team start from the base of the building for providing MEP services

incorporation. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
