Job Description
We are hiring a Cost Controller for one of our clients in Doha.
Candidates who have the required qualification and good experience may apply.Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Healthcare Experience
- Minimum twenty (20) years of experience in post contract quantity surveying, cost management, and contract administration in major Building construction projects, of which ten (10) years involving major Healthcare Projects.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience with internationally renowned Consultancy, Project Management Firm or Corporate PMC/PMO.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience on major Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) Projects.
- Competent in use of Capital Construction Portfolio Programs & Project Management Software
- Capable of developing, implementing and maintaining cost controls on the project
- Capable of identifying risks and preparing risk schedules and risk mitigation plans
- With a valid QID
Contract length: 36 months Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
