Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cost Control Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to manage and control operational costs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and analyze daily food and beverage costs.
-Prepare and review cost variance reports.
-Coordinate with purchasing and accounting teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
-Conduct inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
-Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
-Implement cost control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage sector.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
-Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
