Job Responsibilities
  • Cost Controls
  • e-PCSR - owns P&L
  • Variance analysis job ledger and cost centers review
  • AP Oversight. All project vendors
  • AR oversight and management - Invoicing, AR aging, WHT, DSO
  • Oversight of employee expenses reimbursement process
  • WBS management. Lead in creating, updating and continuous review
  • Interface between project and project accounting including supporting for corporate reports.
  • Standard Costing: multipliers
  • BOC1540 reports - VOWD, Monthly Cost Report
  • Corporate report such as SOX
  • Cost control procedures to ensure accurate reporting of actual cost, expenditures, and estimates at completion
  • Timesheets oversight and management (UAE & Iraq) - requesting for add/remove of roles, creating and maintaining timesheets approval batches
  • Focal point for KBR finance internal audits
  • Support client audits
  • Review and track validity of project contractual documents such as work orders, agency contracts, ICA's etc.
Compliance/Finance/Operation Support Role
  • Oversight of project CMC and P-cards for both UAE & Iraq.
  • Oversight of cost and finance processes and procedures at sight. Petty cash, Business advances, Per Diems etc.
  • Financial assessments and evaluation during tendering process
  • Management and oversight of work permits application process. New applications, cancellations of demobilized staff etc.
  • Leading projects social security registration process with DRSS
  • Weekly reporting of Iraq portfolio WHT status
  • Compliance - management and oversight of waivers, project vendor's contracts such as ISI, business courtesies etc.
  • Review & preparation of quarterly KPI's in line with contract
  • Development of project cost & project finance specific procedures such as travel procedure, advance procedure
  • Supervise, train and support cost control and project finance teams
  • Department audit in Iraq - business services team (project finance)
  • Attend ad hoc requests from BOC
