Job Description

We are hiring a Hotel Cost Control Specialist who can join immediately WITHOUT ANY NOTICE PERIOD.

Requirements:

A strong understanding of basic accounting principles. (minimum of 2 years of experience) Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong team collaboration skills Work experience in tourism company. We are looking for candidates with immediate joining ability.
Accounting Oversight: Be involved in all accounting transactions of the company, ensure the system is established in accordance with accounting rules, and direct and manage personnel within this framework.

Invoice Management: Enter invoices into the relevant program, ensure proper integration with the accounting program, and control accounting records.

Workflow Organization: Organize the workflow of the personnel under your supervision and communicate tasks to them.

Compliance: Perform duties in line with policies, procedures, and job descriptions set by the Board of Directors for the internal control system. Adhere to company working principles and ethical rules.

Data Privacy: Ensure the confidentiality of personal data obtained during the course of duty. Access personal data only within the scope of duty, authority, and responsibility. Protect data in accordance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.

Office located in Dubai, JLT, Cluster Y.

9 am - 6 pm, 6/1.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
