About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Cost Control Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that expenditures remain within approved budgets. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows. Track project expenditures, commitments, and invoicing. Provide regular cost reports and variance analysis. Coordinate with procurement, subcontractors, and project teams on cost-related matters. Support in preparing claims, variations, and change orders. Ensure compliance with company cost control policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum

4-8 years' experience

in cost control within construction or contracting companies. Strong knowledge of project cost management, estimation, and budgeting. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and Primavera (advantage). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
