Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To strengthen the costing and control function by supporting the development of accurate cost models, establishing effective data gathering and reporting systems, and enhancing cost transparency across the organization. The role ensures alignment between production, finance, and business development to enable timely and reliable cost insights that support decision-making and profitability improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, validate, and analyze data related to material, production, and overhead costs.

Develop and maintain product costing models for standard and project-based profiles.

Support the development of cost dashboards and management reports for decision support.

Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance to ensure cost accuracy and traceability.

Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost optimization and control.

Assist in the preparation of pricing structures, profitability studies, and feasibility reports.

Contribute to the implementation of costing modules within ERP and reporting systems.

Prepare periodic presentations and reports for management review.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or management reporting -- preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector (aluminium, metals, or extrusion experience is an advantage). Strong Excel and data modeling skills Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics). Familiarity with costing tools, variance analysis, and BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI). Strong analytical and reporting capability with attention to detail. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
